- NAB requires a comprehensive booking system that allows the attendee to book their date and time to meet with NAB representatives
WHAT WE DID
- Created a custom booking system based on availability of rooms and NAB representatives at the venue over multiple days.
- The attendees could book the meeting with 3 easy steps
- Allowed NAB representatives to extract their full schedule of meetings for each day.
- Allowed NAB representatives to manage their own availability.
RESULT
- The event ran smoothly eliminating double booking or incorrect information had it been performed manually on spread sheets.
- Attendees enjoyed using the easy booking system which raised the profile of the bank in using effective technology.
- Since 2009, NAB continued to engage us to deploy the SIBOS Events Management System annually.
