Country Racing Victoria (CRV) wanted to partner with an agency that they could rely on. As CRV plays the important role to fulfil the industry responsibility for profitable conduct, management, planning and development of non-metropolitan racing in Victoria, the digital partner must possess intimate knowledge of thoroughbred horse racing industry.
 
With Alpha Salmon, CRV found the most suitable digital partner that ticks the boxes and also possess the digital experience to produce solutions that deliver.
 
CRV's website also plays a vital role to assist race clubs in promoting and attracting racing and non-racing patrons to arrange and attend race events at fantastic country race clubs around the state.
 
SOLUTION
 
CRV wanted a solution that can cater to all the race clubs in the rural areas of Victoria. This solution also needed to cater to race clubs that could not justify extensive budgets to promote race nights at their club or manage a dedicated website.

The Alpha CMS platform was chosen for the solution and included sub-site management functionality where CRV can offer the portal as a central point of reference for any racing enthusiasts planning to visit a country race club. The CMS allowed each of the 60 clubs their own personalised administration section to administer their races, events and details about their club as sub-sites within the single instance content management system.
